Folgenden Tipp hab ich vom Chamsys Support bekommen weil mein Audio-Interface doch partout nicht funktionieren wollte:

:arrow: The problem is to do with the configuration of an internal EEPROM in the device, something which can be very easily fixed by yourself. You need to connect it up to the PC but don't start MagicQ. Instead, go into the program directory for MagicQ and you will see a program called configure. Run this, and from the list of products select MIDI/Timecode. In the serial number box enter the last four digits of the serial number of the interface (should be 00xx) and hit the program button. You will get a message saying programmed ok, where you can close the program, and when you disconnect and reconnect the interface to your PC it should come up as a new device found.
